Baking....Jacqui Style

Haha...good times! Well, I spent most of yesterday at Brad and Nigel's house. My mom was baking with their mom...a massive amount of cookies! So, Nigel and I were in charge of creating a gingerbread house, and gingerbread people. Well, let me just say... how often do you see anatomically correct gingerbread people?!?! Haha...they were pretty awesome, so I've inserted some pictures below, of our gingerbread house and our gingerbread people. Nigel's gingerbread man-woman is the one with only one leg (because the other is attached to its head)as well as the large "package" (haha)...however, if you look at "it" upside-down, it kind of looks like Gonzo, the muppet. Mine has chicken pox and is asexual, plus it has really creepy eyes and gumdrop buttons! Overall, I must say, yesterday was a blast. Plus we had our annual Sullivan and Robertson family pub night to celebrate the end of the semester, since Sabrina finished her last exam yesterday morning! On another good note, I think I finally finished my Christmas shopping! After 9 hours at the mall last Tuesday, and another 6 hours today, I think I'm finally done...and with great success!! I even found an awesome gift for my dad, who's almost impossible to buy for!! YAY!! Anyways, enjoy the pictures, and don't judge us...the gingerbread people have character!

More Martini Mingle Pictures!!

Martini Mingle

Well, we did it again. For the second year in a row, our annual Martini Mingle was a huge success...of course, would you expect any less from Kristen and I?? I didn't think so! Many goodies and drinks were consumed...by some more than others, *cough, cough* haha, and everyone seemed to have a good time. It was good catching up with everyone that I haven't seen since the summer, or even further back. Denise and Jenny, we wish you could have been in town for it instead of in Edmonton and Ottawa, but we were thinking of you the whole night and wished you could have been there! Anyways, here are some pictures! ENJOY!
