Yay for me!! I finished all my laundry, with the same number of socks I started with AND nothing came out minaturized!! GO JACQUI GO!! I was so bored last night that I was in bed by 10:09pm, and I slept until 9:30 this morning. After eating breakfast, I checked my e-mail......then went to the caf again......not to eat, but to accompany Steph. Then we had to go to the housing office to get a key to the building with my storage locker in it, so I could get a suitcase out that she's going to borrow. That's about all I've done today. As much fun as that is, I'd much rather be home. Oh well.....only 2 more sleeps!!!

Today, I'm going to go for a walk, maybe down to the beach or something.....I figure it will give me something to do. I'll take my camera and click some pictures to show everyone when I come home!! Who knows what else I'll do. I promised Steph I'd vacuum her room, because I'm just that bored. Last night I cleaned out every drawer of mine in our room, and found a whole bunch of useless stuff. It's great fun!

I don't remember whether I wrote about our skating adventure on Friday! We went to this place where you can rent ice skates. It was the hangout for most of the junior high kids of all of Greater Victoria!! DRAMA, DRAMA, DRAMA.......I never remember being at all like them when I was their age. They wear hardly any clothes, even though they're in an arena that is COLD!! I don't get it.....and then two guys got in a scrap on the ice, and the staff pulled them off, and all of their female friends (who look about 12 years old) were swearing and yelling at the staff, and going over the top with the drama!! Stupid kids!! We had fun though..... there was a whole group of us from Trutch, so wehad a blast! Some had only skated once before, so it was amazing to see their progress over the night!! Congrats to Kate and Akemi for their incredible new found skating ability!!

Well, I should go, and have a shower, and go for my walk, but I'll talk to you all later.

Note to self......LAUNDRY IS EVIL!! It takes so long, and it's a pain in the butt when a single sock falls behind the dryer, and you have to use a broom to get it out......not that I would know or anything!! *lol* Ahhh, so very bored. I have a multitude of clothes hanging in my room to dry, so everywhere I go there is clothing. I'm even washing my bed sheet.....GO JACQUI GO!!

I'm so sad I won't be back tonight for Beav's concert, but my parents are going, and probably plan on videotaping it for me to see. How I miss high school.

I got up at 8am to go with Steph to book an appointment with an academic advisor. We ended up waiting there for a half hour before it opened, and then 10 more minutes before she actually met with the advisor. Then, I waited alone for 15 minutes while she was in there. Then, we wandered aimlessly around looking for the school of nursing, went for breakfast, then ventured back to Trutch(my rez building), where I proceeded to begin the laundering process!

People are starting to go home now, so it's getting quieter as the days go on. Last night I was so bored, that I cleaned my room, started packing, called mom and dad, finished a book, studied a bit, and went to Caps....TWICE! For all you non-UVIC people, Caps is a place on campus where we can use our food cards to get food and stuff. They have good pizza there, and plenty of junk food as well. On my first trip I had chocolate, and on the second trip, I had milk and cookies!! Mmmmmmm YUMMY!!

Well, I should be going......my laundry awaits me!!

Wow, I haven't written in this in so long!! I've had a great week so far. I've slept in, done some shopping, had a movie night with Alexa, and gone to the gym!! I even got some studying in!! I've been cleaning my room and contemplating what it is I have to bring home with me on Friday!! I'm so mad I won't be home for the Beav Jack Singer concert!! What a bummer! Oh well....what can I do.....I'm stuck here 'til Friday! I've been practicing a lot lately too, so I feel like I;ve gotten so much accomplished. I just can't wait to be home!! Four more sleeps!! That's all I've got to tell myelf!! 4 MORE SLEEPS!!

Tomorrow is laundry day!! Hooray.....I guess it's about time I did some laundry......it's been a while!! I plan on washing everything that I need to so if I have to hang it to dry, it will be dry by Thursday, so I can either put it in my closet-thing, or pack it to bring it home!

So, are there any plans for New Years yet?? I feel so out of the loop, because I have no idea what's going on in Calgary! I can't believe I'm missing the Wind Ensemble reunion on Friday too!! As you guys mingle without me, I'll be stuck here and I won't have even started my exam yet. It starts at 2pm!! I wish I could get it overwith so I could just come home!! BLAST!!

Well, I should go and finish finding all my dirty laundry.....this could be a task.......so I'll talk to you all later!!
