Wow...it's been so long since I wrote on this thing, but I've been keeping pretty busy. The weeks seem to go by a lot slower than last semester, but looking back, it seems like January just disappeared. The last week was great. On Friday, I got a free trip to Vancouver to perform at a Composition Symposium at UBC. Wow, I'm glad I chose UVIC! UBC is like a city in itself, and I don't like the idea of having to take a bus from one class to another. It was fun though. I got up at 6am that morning, as I had to be at the music building by 7am. With the gale force winds (no joke), it was a dificult journey across campus, but I soon made it to the warmth of the bus. The ferry ride was fun too. Just wandering, and playing cards with Nicole. The ride home was fun too, becuase we played Cheat, and I won every game!! Go ME!!!

Yesterday, Isaiah and I went to Michaels so I could buy supplies, because I have taken up knitting. I'm making a scarf!! Haha....I feel old!! We also went and had smoothies at Mayfair, and that was about it. Last night we went to the orchestra concert, and some of the vocal majors were performing arias with the orchestra, and the show was great. We got all dressed up and headed over there, and had a blast!

Today I got up at 8:30am.......it was the day to sig up for rez for next year, so since that began at 10am, I figured I would get up and have a head start to the day. So, I talked to mom and dad, put in some laundry, signed up for rez, went for breakfast, called my grandma and grandpa, and proceeded to completely clean my room. So, that has been my day thus far, and my only other plans are some studying and practicing.

KRISTEN.....13 DAYS 'TIL YOU COME AND SEE ME!!! HOORAY! I'm so excited.

Well, anyway, my life isn't very interesting, and therefore I can't think of anything else to write, so I should go and do something productive!! TTYL!
