Haha....so cute.....remember in grade 11 (or was it 10) when I had an obsession with hula-hooping?? That was a great time!! I remember spending before and after school as well as lunch time hula-hooping in the band hallway!!

Oh ya, Kristen, I totally remember playing "A Copland Portrait".....in fact, we're studying Aaron Copland later this month in music history and a group of us are playing an excerpt from "Appalachain Springs" (the piece A Copland Portrait was based on) for extra credit. I love that piece.....we shall reminisce when I come home.....in 36 days!!!!

Today was another day that never seemed like it would end, but it was a good day!! Big band rehearsal was extra fun because for one piece we're performing next week, I get to play the flute for the whole song!! I love doubling, so I'm looking forward to it!!

If for some reason anyone wants to hear some of our performances, my friend Dave has a site with all of the music, so you can listen to it if you want. The only thing is that it is password protected, so if you want to go to the site and listen to the performances, just e-mail or message me and I can tell you the site, username and password. My family is already quite fond of the site!!

Well, it seems early......the night is still yound for many university students.....especially the drunkards who are off to the clubs tonight (it's cheap night here in Vic!!); however, I am exhaused and I think I'll go to bed!!!
